HealthCare App+ app for iPhone and iPad

HealthCare App+ is designed to make the interaction and collaboration between Clinics, Doctors, Clinic Staffs and Patients. There will be 3 modules within the application, one each for Patients, Doctors and Clinic Staff. The patients and doctors will access the application through a mobile-based application wherein the Clinic Staff will access the application through a web-based application.

The doctor and the hospital staff may give assessments, medical advice or diagnose a wide range of conditions over the phone as well as prescribe common medications.
Patient may request for the medical appointments through the phone and able to provide the medical records of the previous medical records to the doctor for review.
